In 1979, Clarence Haas recognized an opportunity to fill a need within the hotel industry—anti-slip bath tub treads. With his tub treads proving to increase customer safety, Clarence built a reputation for top quality products and exceptional customer service. Starting in a small Cleveland, Ohio office, Clarence began to expand his company into what is now known as Sure-Foot Industries Corporation. Sure-Foot currently houses multiple coating lines and custom anti-slip capabilities in two manufacturing and sales facilities. Sure-Foot Industries’ anti-slip product line now includes tapes, aluminum and rubber stair treads, tiles, fiber glass step covers and walkways and aluminum grit-coated panels as well as a mix of custom made items to meet our customers’ needs.

Today, Sure-Foot’s second generation continues to expand their product line and prepare for the industry’s future.
