Thermal gap fillers create a thermal bridge for better conductivity to provide better heat transfer - they conform to irregular surfaces and eliminate air pockets. This video demonstrates how a glass jar of water with a thermal gap filler pad performs better in transferring heat than the plain jar with no thermal gap filler.
Stockwell Elastomerics now offers the new Stockwell DP-1001 polyimide film supported silicone pressure sensitive adhesive with easy to remove release liner. This new product is used with die cut silicone gaskets and cushioning pads and greatly reduces the time required to remove the release liner.
